Qualeads takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect: full name, phone, e-mail (optional), profile (developer, agency…), project city and name, project details (units available, show apartment, land title) and your message. We also record the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM).
Purposes
- Calling you back by phone or WhatsApp about your request;
- Preparing and presenting a strategy proposal;
- Measuring the performance of our campaigns.
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Qualeads team. It is hosted by our technical providers (website hosting, CRM) strictly for the purpose of their services.
Retention
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, then deleted.
